Onsite, full time management and maintenance teams know all the tenants personally and from the Estate Office at Lambs Farm, the day to day business of managing and supporting all the sites is carried out with a full time Estate Manager, full time Maintenance Manager and full time Estates Gardener with the support of several part time office staff in the offices dealing with the day to day management and development of the sites and tenant liaison.
All our sites are fully protected and monitored by 24 hour surveillance systems with key code entrance on all the entrance gates with strict vehicle access monitoring.
